Maddy Turns One!!!

This past year has flown by... It is hard to believe that one year ago today Maddy was born. It was such a scary day! Maddy arrived really early and so much was unknown when she was born. Now a year later she has grown into a gorgeous little girl and fills our lives with so much joy. It has been amazing to witness her growing. I remember the first time I saw her, held her, the first time she laughed then crawled and now she will be walking soon. Every time she does something new I look at Candace, her Mom, with such amazement because it is so awesome to see her changing everyday. As I said bye to Maddy tonight I hugged her and teared up, just still not believing she is here. These past few years have been quite a roller coaster ride, but we wouldn't trade the memories, the happy and the sad, for a minute! Life is so precious...

Lineman Rodeo!

Phillip and I went down to the Lineman Rodeo in Orlando this weekend! It was awesome to get a taste of what he does everyday! Her are some pictures of some of his co-workers competing in different events.

Jordan and Logan!

I had the great pleasure of photographing Jordan and Logan a few days ago. I had a great time seeing Jordan again, it has been a few years. We pretty much grew up together. I know she is in every birthday party picture from the early years, and I have some good memories of her and her family. Her Mom was one of my Mom closest friends and she is never far from her thoughts when talking about the past. My Mom always says "I miss Joan, I miss her so much". I know it was bittersweet for her to see these pictures, because Jordan looks a lot like her Momma! Now she is all grown up, I guess I am too, and has a absolutely adorable son Logan. Logan kept me laughing the whole shoot with his serious poses and model like attitude. I loved it!
